Direct mail builds awareness — it keeps your business in front of local households so you're the name they remember when they need you. We don't guarantee calls or sales, which is why we recommend mailing the same homes more than once.

Why we recommend a 3-month series

Most people don't need a plumber, a roofer or a new dentist the day your card arrives. Direct mail works by keeping your name in front of local households, so when they do need what you offer, you're the business they remember.

One postcard gets noticed. Three postcards, a month apart, get remembered. That's why the series is our default recommendation — and why each drop in a series costs less than a single mailing.

We'll be straight with you: no one can honestly guarantee calls or sales from a mailing, and we won't either. What we promise is a professional card, delivered to every home on your routes, on schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a mailing list?+

Not for route packages. We use USPS Every Door Direct Mail, which delivers to every household on the carrier routes you pick. Job Site Blitz and Customer List mailings use addressed mail, and we'll help you build or use the right list.

What's a carrier route?+

It's the set of addresses one mail carrier delivers to. Around here a route can be anywhere from a couple hundred to 700+ homes, so our packages are priced by the number of homes, not the number of routes. We pick the routes that best cover the neighborhoods you want to reach.

Will this guarantee new customers?+

No — and be wary of anyone who says it will. Direct mail builds awareness and keeps your business front of mind with local households. Results build with repetition, which is why we recommend mailing the same routes three months in a row.

How does the 3-month series work?+

We mail your postcard to the same routes once a month for three months, and each drop costs less than a single mailing — and the bigger the package, the bigger the savings. You can tweak your design or offer between drops.

Can I start small and upgrade later?+

Yes. Plenty of businesses start with a Starter or Neighborhood mailing to see how it feels. If you move up to a larger package within 60 days of your first mailing, we'll credit what you paid toward it.

Do you design the postcard?+

Yes, design is included. After you order you'll get a private portal to upload your logo, photos and offer. We send a proof there, and nothing prints until you approve it.

How does the QR code tracking work?+

Each card gets its own trackable QR code that sends people wherever you want — your website, booking page or Facebook. You can see how many times it's been scanned and get an email when someone scans it.

How long does it take?+

Most mailings reach mailboxes about 10–14 days after you approve your proof, depending on print and USPS timing. Planning around a date, like a grand opening or a sale? Aim to approve your proof at least two weeks before you want the cards to land. We'll email you when each mailing goes out.

What areas do you serve?+

Huntington and the surrounding Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia tri-state area. Ask us about anywhere nearby.

Not sure where to start?

Tell us about your business and who you'd like to reach. We'll recommend routes and a package — no pressure.
